It has been more than eight months since I have been following up for my refund of Rs. 5,000. This refund is associated with an advance amount transferred to the company account for a Canon Camera Lens, for which they confirmed that they would supply the new piece of the lens, but after a few days, they told me that the new piece is not available to them. I requested them to return the advance amount of Rs. 5000, but they have not yet refunded this. The company has shown complete negligence and a lack of responsibility. Despite repeated assurances from Suman Madam and Sakshi Madam that the refund would be processed “next week,” nothing has been done to date. This kind of careless attitude and false commitment reflects very poor customer service and unprofessional behavior. It is extremely disappointing to see such disregard for customers’ genuine concerns. I strongly urge the management to take immediate action and return the pending refund without any further delay. Shakshi Madam has started not taking the calls. Three reminders have been sent through email, but no response.
