1. What does "open-box, unused, and used" mean on Detec.in?

• Open-Box: Products that have been opened but are in like-new condition, often with original packaging.

• Unused: Brand new items that have never been used but may not have sealed packaging.

• Used: Pre-owned products that are tested and fully functional, with some signs of wear as described in the listing.

2. How do you ensure the quality of used products?

Every used product undergoes a two-stage quality check: initial inspection and final validation. We test functionality and describe visible wear or defects in the listing.

3. Are the prices negotiable?

Our prices are already set to offer the best value for open-box, unused, and used products. 

4. Can I return a product if I'm not satisfied?

Return requests must be made within the applicable 10-day return window and meet the eligibility conditions in our Returns & Refund Policy. Please read that policy before ordering.

5. How do I know the condition of the product before buying?

Each product listing includes a detailed description of its condition, including whether it’s open-box, unused, or used, along with any specific notes on wear or missing accessories. We also share unboxing videos for many products to give you a clear idea.

6. Do you ship across India?

7. Are the products on Detec.in original?

Absolutely! We only sell 100% original products from trusted brands. All items, whether open-box, unused, or used, are authentic and thoroughly verified by our team.

8. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and COD for eligible orders. COD requires a token advance for order confirmation; the required amount is communicated before confirmation. Shipping is free.
