Electric / Battery Powered Scissor Lift on Rental Basis available. Height of scissor lift available from 8 meter to 18 meter working height.
Operator services included in above charges. Operator shall work for 10 hours per day. Beyond that, overtime charges shall apply on pro rate basis. Sundays shall be non-working days. Lodging / accommodation of operator at your end.
Loading & Unloading of machine at our yard: Included.
Unloading of machine at start of rental period and Loading of machine after rental period at your site: Your Scope.
Transportation charges from our yard to your site and back would be extra on actual. Way Bill/Road Permit will have to be provided by you, if needed.
GST extra at 18%. Any State RTO Tax, Sales Tax, Octroi, Toll, Permit Charges or other statutory levies will be paid by you during the contract period at actual.
Electricity charges shall be borne by you.
Machine will be dispatched on receipt of payment and work order on sales@detec.in
Two-way transportation and 1 month payment advance.
For any overtime, payment will have to be made in advance.
Please note that technical suitability of the machine at your site has to be confirmed by you and Detec shall not be responsible in any way.
Other Terms & Conditions: 10 hrs in a day including lunch hour. Agreed monthly rental will be minimum for a calendar month. Overtime calculation- monthly rate/ 260 = Rs…../ hour. (Assuming 26 days and 4 Sundays in a month irrespective of days in a particular month). For a full calendar month working, whether month will be 25/ 26/ 27 days, we will claim one month agreed rental charge. Only if there is no breakdown. Number of Sundays/ weekly off in a calendar month is always chargeable extra as over time. No Sunday/ weekly off can be clubbed with working days. Number of breakdown days will be deducted from 26 as a standard norm for each month. Not working in Holidays will be included in monthly rate and payable by you. Only in the case of our operator is absent and machine is breakdown, we will not claim that period. That should be communicated to us on same day. If during this contract there is a strike or lock-out in your organisation, this period will be to your account. Break-down hours will not be charged to our account. We are not responsible to pay for any outside mechanic/machine that you hire while our machine is under break-down. We’ll cover Insurance for our machine and our operator only and not for your material or your worker working with them. No waiver will be provided by us. If the payment is not made within stipulated time, and if the machine is stopped for non-payment, the lost days of work will still be charged to your account. You will make arrangements for entry pass for our Machines, Operators and Supervisor at your site. If our operators do not follow the safety standards, please immediately inform us. Parking and security of our machine at your work site shall be in your scope. Your company should inform us at least 15 days in advance before de-hiring.
