TAG Heuer introduced the Grand Carrera collection in 2007 as a premium line of watches for discerning watch enthusiasts. These timepieces came equipped with a novel Rotating Disc system that presented the sub-counters in an entirely new fashion on the dial and refined design elements that signalled TAG Heuer's fine craftsmanship.
Encased in stainless steel and measuring 42.5mm in diameter, the elegant, round case of this reference WAV5152.FC6231 carries a brushed finish. The silver dial is adeptly balancing the signature and the avant-garde, featuring applied indexes, a luminous handset and a big date aperture below the 12 o'clock marker. The watch also carries a GMT function achieved via the counter at six, featuring a 12-hour scale. The counter is subtly adorned with cotes de Geneve finishing on the metal part. With a sapphire crystal caseback and a robust leather strap, the tasteful personality of this watch is further secured.
