Shipping policy

All Products on detec.in are delivered to all over India. Our Package Delivery is done through Delhivery Courier Service & DTDC Courier Service. Carrier Selection will depend on your delivery location.

All orders are processed within 1 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Free Standard Shipping

Standard shipping is free for orders delivered within India, including bulky or heavy items.

Optional Priority Dispatch is offered separately for eligible prepaid orders at an additional charge shown at checkout. Selecting this optional service is not required for standard delivery.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD orders require a token advance for order confirmation. This is an order-confirmation requirement, not a shipping charge. The required token amount is communicated before the order is confirmed.

Local delivery

Free local delivery and same day delivery option is available for Delhi NCR region.

In-store pickup

You can ask for discount if you can pickup at the material from our warehouse in Delhi. We will send you an email or call you when your order is ready along with instructions. 

Our in-store pickup hours are 10 AM to 7 PM on Monday to Saturday. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 5 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at sales@detec.in with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
